How to Prepare the Anti-Inflammatory Warm Paste
This remedy is simple, quick, and effective β but preparation matters. Hereβs how my grandmother made it:

- 5β6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Crush the garlic finely until it becomes a paste.
- Warm the olive oil on very low heat β do NOT boil.
- Add the garlic to the warm oil and heat gently for 2β3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, and mix well.
- Let the mixture rest for 1 hour.
- Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
You now have a warming, powerful anti-inflammatory paste.

- Massage upward, from the ankles to the knees.
